Responsible for producing, shooting, and editing news videos, feature stories, and promotional content for Asia Society’s web channels. Also responsible for standardizing video content for the organization’s international centers, scheduling and quality control for webcasts, maintaining the organization’s video archive, hiring and managing video interns, and acting as a liaison between the organization’s departments and freelance video producers.

06.2012-05.2016 – Video Production Manager – ASPCA – NYC
Was responsible for producing, reporting, shooting, and editing short-format advocacy documentaries, direct response TV commercials, public service announcements, and internal communication videos. Also was responsible for maintaining the organization’s video archive and hiring and managing freelancers video producers.

04.2010-07.2012 – Video Production Manager – Global Nomads Group – NYC
Was responsible for the daily operations of the production department including researching, producing, reporting, shooting and editing video content, hiring and managing freelance producers and interns, designing graphics for motion and print, maintaining IT network and video conference technology, and coordinating logistics for remote webcast and videoconferences.

Independently produce content related to human rights, the environment and the arts for various non-profit organizations, collectives, and artist.
