I produced, directed, and edited this video for the Asia Society Policy Institute (ASPI).

Daniel Russel examines some of the findings of ASPI’s new report Weaponizing the Belt and Road Initiative. The report explores relevant Chinese doctrine, highlights the involvement of China’s People’s Liberation Army with the BRI, and assesses the potential military and geostrategic advantages China accrues from BRI ports and other projects.
